This is one of the coolest episodes I've ever recorded and definitely the post guest packed! I could have easily done an entire episode with all 8 of the winners of the island internship, and most likely will at some point, but for now, here's an interview with Charlie, the owner of KohSpace on Koh Phangan where he announces the lucky 8 winners, how they were chosen, and how you can make sure the next time you apply for a position, you have the best chances of getting selected.
